Every morning, finance teams log into dozens of bank websites and copy the balances into a spreadsheet. By the time it is finished, the numbers are already out of date.
Step 1
We sat with the team and noted every login, every download and every copy-paste. Their spreadsheet became our checklist.
Step 2
Bank data flows in automatically. Click any figure and you see exactly which transactions made it, so nobody has to take a number on trust.
Step 3
Finance people live in Excel, so everything copies and pastes cleanly into a sheet, and huge lists stay smooth to scroll.
The result
The morning routine drops from ninety minutes to a glance — and the audit trail comes for free.
