A patient app that books, reminds and reschedules — so the front desk stops living on the phone.
Example project, built in-house
Small clinics lose about one appointment in five to no-shows, and reception spends half the day on the phone moving bookings around.
Step 1
We spent a week at reception. Most calls were three questions: can I move it, where do I park, and what should I bring?
Step 2
Patients drag their appointment to a new time and confirm. Freed-up slots are offered to people on the waiting list automatically.
Step 3
Clinics are often in basements with no signal. The app keeps working offline and catches up when it can.
The result
Fewer phone calls, fuller days, and an app nobody needs to have explained.
